We are very happy with the finished gazebo—it looks great and really elevates the space. Installation was straightforward overall. It does take some time, but the process isn’t overly complicated if you’re patient and organized. A couple of helpful notes from our experience since we installed this near a chlorinated pool, we chose to use stainless steel anchors instead of the ones provided for better long-term durability. Also, measuring for anchor placement requires precision—there’s very little room for error. What worked well for us was assembling the top rail (the horizontal support connecting the three vertical posts) first, then standing the structure upright. This allowed us to accurately mark all 12 anchor holes before drilling. We did run into a manufacturing issue after unboxing (not related to shipping), but customer service was excellent. The replacement process was smooth and handled quickly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we’re very pleased with the final product—both in function and aesthetics. Time will tell how this guy holds up! Assembly was a little bit of a pain, do note that you have to take tons of screws OUT upon unpacking. I though I had missing pieces. The shipping box makes it almost impossible to repack once you unpack it, so make sure you want it! Some of the panels were bent, but upon installing I realized it didn't matter, the frame aligns them and it's virtually unnoticeable. Other than that, the item feels really well made and sturdy once all together. It isn't meant to be water proof, only water resistant. It's very nice looking, and the light color is beautiful.
