I ordered this 5ft snowman from tired and true. I didn't like that it didn't really have it's own box, just the shipping one. One of the metal pieces isn't welded/ connected as it should be. It works but won't know how long it'll last with the broken piece. It is really cute in action. UPDATE I reported the broken piece and customer service was great. They sent me another one and this time it was perfectly fine. They shipped it within a few days which was nice as well.. Stacy. Lagrange, KY. Sun Oct 04 2026
