This is a solid heavy dresser that came fully assembled and was very well wrapped in a blanket and shrink wrapped around that. There are zero dings or scratches of any kind. The drawers all open smoothly when both handles are used to open them. The drawers are on basic slides that require you to push until fully closed. The full-service delivery placed it directly into the bedroom as requested. My only complaint is there was a "secure to wall" warning placard which was literally screwed into the top drawer knob that required unscrewing the knob to remove because it was too tight to simply tear off - there were numerous other of the same warning on parts of the dresser and this one was superfluous and annoying.
