I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. This is a a great storage shed if you have bulky stuff or things like bicycles that you would need to store. It does not weigh 5 tons, but it also feels sturdy enough for outdoor storage. What I would have improved for this unit is, you have to drill some of the holes yourself (specially those for the small screws). In essence, they don't even have a "mini-hole mark" or something that guides your drilling. You basically have to eye-ball it. Also, the holes on some of the brackets are super small and you almost have to force the screws into them. Very happy with this cabinet. I stained all the parts before assembly since it will live outdoors in North Texas (under a covered patio but still exposed to heat and humidity). The wood took stain well and looks much richer than it did out of the box. Assembly took a few hours, but the instructions were clear. I lost the letter labels when I stained the pieces, but the diagrams were detailed enough that I could still assemble it successfully. Just pay attention, as some parts look very similar. One tip: the pilot holes for the hardware got me close, but I had to make a few small adjustments to get the doors and latch aligned perfectly. The cabinet holds more than I expected and cleaned up a lot of patio clutter. Overall, it’s attractive, functional, and a great value for the price. I’d buy it again.. Amy. Frisco, TX.
