I’m very happy with these speaker stands. They were straightforward to assemble, feel well made, and look much more expensive than they are. The black finish with the wood accent complements my vintage-inspired audio setup perfectly. The only thing I wish the instructions had made more obvious is that you’ll need dry sand if you want to fill the hollow columns for added stability before attaching the top plate. I'm not an idiot and I put together many things but I had to disassemble parts of it that were pre-put together to make it work. Somebody less handy would have trouble. Still, nice item.
