Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element.
