I’ve never bought “open box” and my experience was 5 stars. It had all the tools, instructions and was nicely packaged. To convert the mini crib into the toddler bed took about 10 minutes. Gerber isnt as well-known a brand as some others, but when I was shopping for fixtures for a full bathroom, it was carried by a local, highly-respected plumbing supply store, and I wound up choosing them for their design. Now that Im redoing the kitchen, I especially looked for their options. Im glad I did, because it looks great. Its a tad shorter than other similar options, which is a good thing for my application.
