Have not assembled the grill yet am waiting until we get to yhe lake but in the past we have have not had any issues with the assembly, parts or quality. We were very, very pleased with the delivery process. The delivery men were polite and respectful! Item came precisely when they said it would and package was packaged nicely and came totally intact - no tears or bumps in the packaging. Decently constructed, but not all stainless- there's plastic where they could get away with it. The glass seems like a good idea, but it gets dirty and doesn't clean well or easily. Glad that wasn't a deciding purchase factor. But the grates are good and after 4 years of frequent (2-4x per week) use, the burner shields are still holding up fine. But overall, the assembly was fairly simple, and the directions were clear and easy. We just used our new grill for the first time this past weekend. Unfortunately our side burner was accidentally turned on by a guest, who didn’t realize it was the side burner, lid down so we have an unsightly burn ring on the lid…we tried to order new one last summer, late in season, out of stock. (The only reason for a 4-star rating is due to the plastic hose and handwand. All other aspects are a strong 5-star!) The handheld shower unit came with a plastic hose, which I immediately replaced. I am sure the plastic one would have worked well, but the metal replacement looks much better and will last longer. Update on previous review: We have enjoyed this shower system for 3 months and it has been amazing! The water pressure and flow is excellent - much better than expected. The upper head has 2 settings: rain and typical spray. The rain setting is very soothing and soft. The typical spray setting provides a lot of water at great pressure. As noted above I replaced the plastic hose with stainless steel hose. That has worked well. In addition, I actually replaced the hand wand with a Moen unit and prefer it over the one that came standard. (The Moen unit has additional spray settings that the standard unit lacked) The controls on the system are excellent, allowing temperature control on one stalk and water distribution on the other. I really like the ability to set temperature independent of the "on/off" valve. I also love the surface mounted aspect of the system. Not only is it attactive, but this design will make servicing it much easier should an issue arise. Our plumbers commented on the quality of the unit and how easy it was to install.
