I opened up all the zippers and took all the stuffing packets out and hand separated all the foam allowed the foam chunks to expand then reassembled. I it to my dog and put in on the floor and she climbed on and fell sound asleep. She has a back leg that is always sore due to femoral osteotomy and she is in heaven . For reference I got the biggest one and she weighs 60 pounds boxer mix. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower.
