This shower system is exactly as pictured and really pretty in person. The finish is perfect, not too yellow or brassy, and looks so elevated. The handheld sprayer feels lightweight and plastic, but it still looks great and the rest of the parts seem like nice heavy duty brass with some interior plastic parts. Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. I love the variety of spray settings. I like using the massage spray after a workout. This shower head is versatile. I love the style and everyday functionality. The design looks clean and modern, and the Lumicoat finish makes a noticeable difference since it stays looking clean with very little effort. The In2ition two in one shower head has been especially useful for me, since I can switch between the fixed head and the handheld or use both at once depending on what I need, whether it’s a quick rinse or a more thorough clean. We did a partial remodel and the tile regrout is next. Tub reglaze was done just before thus install and a truly great idea. Unfortunately, our plumber felt land locked into using a Symmons system to match our existing Symmons valve. We could not make Delta system work without a massive tear out. Universal valve didn’t solve the fit and screws in wrong location. So this Symmons was forced as Plan B. The Delta champagne gold was our intention and had already been installed in vanity without a problem. Not loving this very polished brass color. On the BRIGHT side The shower head is huge with 7 variations for water patterns. This is a 3rd floor main bathroom and I wish it had more pressure. 1.5 gpm and we are on a well. There were no install problems encountered by plumber using our original Symmons valve. And because it is a modestly priced unit, maybe we will swap out to a detachable spray head later on. Just know on the color - this is NOT even close to the Delta champagne gold. That is softer dreamy color and all quality, not at all like Symmons brushed brass.
