We did a partial remodel and the tile regrout is next. Tub reglaze was done just before thus install and a truly great idea. Unfortunately, our plumber felt land locked into using a Symmons system to match our existing Symmons valve. We could not make Delta system work without a massive tear out. Universal valve didn’t solve the fit and screws in wrong location. So this Symmons was forced as Plan B. The Delta champagne gold was our intention and had already been installed in vanity without a problem. Not loving this very polished brass color. On the BRIGHT side The shower head is huge with 7 variations for water patterns. This is a 3rd floor main bathroom and I wish it had more pressure. 1.5 gpm and we are on a well. There were no install problems encountered by plumber using our original Symmons valve. And because it is a modestly priced unit, maybe we will swap out to a detachable spray head later on. Just know on the color - this is NOT even close to the Delta champagne gold. That is softer dreamy color and all quality, not at all like Symmons brushed brass. Smart Living Technology is a voicemail in Tempe, AZ that doesn't return phone calls. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light.
