When I first received this rug, the only pattern that was showing in the package was little flowers. I had to double-check what I ordered, and there were, indeed, little flowers on the inside of the design. However, the description calls it medallion, and I would agree with that description. The neutral colors of beige, tan, and gray make this a rug that would basically go with any decor. I replaced a dark rug with this rug, and I really like that it brightened up the room. It has a very short pile, and the rug feels very soft under your feet. There is a rubber backing that grips the floor, so that helps prevent tripping or slipping on the rug. Perfect outdoor rug. The first one lasted us about two years in Virginia climate (4 seasons) so we bought a second one. As I mentioned in a previous review, I’ve never shopped for curtains before and was trying to elevate the look of my windows. Since it was my living room, I wanted something rich in texture offering an upscale look and these popped up. The color really sold me because I wanted to color block the room in shades of gray allowing the tone to travel up the wall to the ceiling. Made of 72% Polyester, 23% Cotton, 5% Rayon, textured for a linen-look with some light-filtering opacity sounded good and they really delivered. Plus, they are very well-made, so I highly recommend this collection. My only regret, I should have done a more careful search because they were less expensive elsewhere.
