Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. Purchased 2 of these for a new walk in shower. Both leak where they attach to the goose neck. Have disassembled several times and near as I can tell it is a manufacturing defect. Seal is in tact. Beautiful shower head! I’m only giving four stars instead of 5 because I don’t love the “low flow” aspect. The pressure stays constant no matter how you change the water flow. I want something stronger. This is a little on the weaker side for me, but is by no means a weak stream of water.
