This is probably the most impressive piece of gym equipment I’ve ever used. It has every workout any person could ever want and it’s fully modular. Sit ups, pull ups, bench press, rowing, band workouts, squat rack… and more I probably haven’t even figured out yet. We chose to screw these into the wall because small holes are easier to fix than tape damage if we choose to remove these someday. The plastic cord concealers have NO holes pre-drilled and although a bit more work, it allows them to be completely customized. They worked great in our home gym and make everything look 100 better! Found the perfect installation product! I was looking to make an old fixture smart automated and this SkyPlug canopy kit allowed me do just that.
