Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. The system includes a 30 inch hand shower slide bar with a 60 inch flexible metal hose and has a low flow rate of 1.5 GPM (5.7 L/min). Please note that an S16 or S26 series Symmons Temptrol valve (not included) is required for operation. The product comes with a Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty and a 10 Year Limited Commercial Warranty.
