I love this product if fits the space i bought it for perfectly. It matches my hardwood flooring very well. It was delivered on time and was in good condition. My only complaint is all the nuts and bolts were strewn all over the box and fell out as i unpack it. Not sure how that happened but the bag that was supposed to hold the parts was completely torn. who ever packed this really messed up. I ended up one spring washer short. This lovely bench just arrived today and I was able to assemble it quickly and without issues. It looks great at the foot of our bed and seems very sturdy. I really like this bench. It is much darker than the pic. The 60 inch was perfect for where we have it. There's no finish so it looks rustic. Pretty straight forward to assemble. It came with the bench broken on one end and Wayfair was amazing handling the issue. I easily created a case on their web chat and within an hour I got a response. Wayfair asked for pics. They immediate passed the case to the manufacturer. The manufacturer almost immediately responded as well. They sent a replacement part which we haven't had a chance to look at it. In the meantime, Wayfair is consistantly checking on the service issue. I uploaded these pics so you can see color. I give it 5 star because i like the bench and also for how they handled the issue!.
