The cushions are vacuum-compressed for packaging. Before installation, please firmly pat the cushions to help the silk cotton quickly expand and fill the entire cushion. It usually takes 2-3 days for cushions to fully plump up to optimal state.

It is just the size I needed. I was surprised at how easily and quickly I put it together by myself. Only needed help setting it upright and moving it to the rug. I needed a small sofa and did not have any futon-type item in mind at all, but when I saw that this could be manipulated in so many ways, I thought it would be pretty handy - and attractive - and it is! I am 510 and I can lay almost completely between the armrests. My head is propped up just a smidge. It took a full 48 hours for all parts of it to be fully fluffed, and its a little on the stiff side, but Id still use it (this is going to be the kids couch). I dont think Id use it for the adults couch because I feel like Im going to slide off the front of it.
