Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. Although I like it, it is not any different than any other faucet we have put in. It still gets clogged every few weeks and it has to be cleaned out, but the inner-locking feature is handy. And yes, we have a water softener.. Renee. Stow, OH. Sun Feb 22 2026

We had this shower head for 15 years and was satisfied with it performance. So we decided to order a second one and installed it and I’m very pleased with the way it works. This is going into a guest bathroom renovation and we are using it with the Delta Shower Column and Lahara tub/shower trim. This will give us a rain shower, hand shower and tub where we didn't have a hand shower before.
