Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. Was a little disappointed that it didn't come with a remote (apparently a small oversight on my part). With 15' cathedral ceilings, a pull chain was not an option. A quick call to a very helpful Wayfair sales rep pointed me in the right direction on which remote was compatible with this specific fan model. The remote was easy to install and it worked like a charm. Fan assembly was easy. We also added a longer (24") down rod (purchased from our local box store) with no issues. This is going into a guest bathroom renovation and we are using it with the Delta Shower Column and Lahara tub/shower trim. This will give us a rain shower, hand shower and tub where we didn't have a hand shower before. The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity.
