Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. This is a secondary piece that sits near my shower bench so I did not want it to be overwhelming, since we have other shower heads, etc. Will update with pictures once installed.. Hollie. This shower system is exactly as pictured and really pretty in person. The finish is perfect, not too yellow or brassy, and looks so elevated. The handheld sprayer feels lightweight and plastic, but it still looks great and the rest of the parts seem like nice heavy duty brass with some interior plastic parts. Great shower head. I ordered the stainless steel and chrome. Stainless steel is noticeably nicer and not as much plastic. Chrome looks cheap so trying to exchange for stainless steel, but Wayfair is charging a return shipping fee which I’m not happy about especially since the stainless steel finish is more expensive.. This is going into a guest bathroom renovation and we are using it with the Delta Shower Column and Lahara tub/shower trim. This will give us a rain shower, hand shower and tub where we didn't have a hand shower before.
