Our client chose this corner tub for his project. It's a beautiful tub however, there are a few challenges that came with it. The overflow drain only came in one color which did not match his shower trim kit (we had to devise a solution for a matching overflow). I bought this item with some hesitation as it had no reviews. Getting it to my house was interesting - various delays in shipment and my efforts to speed it up had the very opposite effect. But Wayfair worked with me and it finally arrived. My contractor decided to install it as a free-standing tub in a shower (see pictures). Install was easy, but note, the best and possibly only way to get access to the motor if it breaks down is through the front panel. I've used it and love it. Jets are powerful and the size is just right. Warning: the inside is small. I am 5'5'' woman and I can either sit in it with straight feet, or go up to my neck but have to bend my knees. Bathroom remodel and just had to pick this free standing tub for a small space! It has one straight side to push against the wall and the 2 sides taper in to make it easy to clean the sides of the trunk and not behind it! Since it's flat against the wall ! And you don't need that free standing water faucet screwed to the floor collecting dust! With this new flat sided tub, you can mount your bath fixtures in the wall in the middle of the tube instead of one end. You see...by mounting fixture in the middle you can relax up against both ends and and not hit your head on the fixtures. Lol and you can also make it a 2 person tub??!! Oh my!!! I ordered the 55" and I'm 5'5 and can fully stretch out my legs so huge plus! the curve on the back also seems very ergonomic, so I think this will be a very comfortable soaker! As far as quality, this thing seem solid. I wanted solid surface for the heat retention but bonus that this doesn't have any of the creaks/give that a fiberglass/acrylic tub has. Delivery was also very smooth, and my tub looks perfect (no marks, scratches, or other blemishes I've seen in other reviews).
