The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. We haven’t installed the item yet, but looking at it out of the box the quality is good. The glass is thick and seems durable. The pieces for the frame are a nice matte black color and everything seems to be as it should.
