As far as quality, this thing seem solid. I wanted solid surface for the heat retention but bonus that this doesn't have any of the creaks/give that a fiberglass/acrylic tub has. Delivery was also very smooth, and my tub looks perfect (no marks, scratches, or other blemishes I've seen in other reviews). Also the Kohler sticker is way off center which you can see in the last pic where the faucet hole is on the countertop is dead center on the sink and the sticker is pretty far off to the right, but I’ve seen this is a common thing and a lot of people take the sticker off themselves so it’s not a huge deal.. The product is beautiful, but the description reads .75" x .75." My assumption thus that the baluster is square, though it is round. Not my preference.
