This fryer is bigger than I thought I love the extended prep area on the side and the handle on the opposite side to move it. The containers for the fryer are big and it comes with two big burners, also it has the baskets or strainers with their clips to let the oils drip out of the food and an included thermometer to make sure your oil is at the right temperature. I really love this its perfect for my needs and volume that I have. It works well easy to clean, I love the storage cabinet, I'm pleased with this product. The design is not to well thought out where the oil is held. does not have a drainage pipe/valve, so when you change the oil, you need to wait for it too cool and then drain it with a cup. Once the oil level was lowered you can remove the oil pan, but you have to remove it by lifting the pan at an angle because of the bar that holds the fry basket is in the way that's why you have to remove oil by a cup. It looks nice but is the quality youd expect for 300. Its its pretty light and flimsy, I cant seeing it lasting more than a couple years. Its going under a covered patio so it should be fine but I definitely want to have it out in the elements. The assembly wasnt overly complex but it is very detailed with lots of parts. Plan on a couple hours. Youll need a large clear area to sort out all the different pieces. Not hard, just tedious. It looks nice but I doubt it will have a lot of staying power. Im okay with that.
