The first tub was damaged during shipping but Wayfair replaced it. I had seen the same tub a little cheaper somewhere else but bought it from Wayfair due to their excellent customer service. Love the updated look the tub gives our bathroom. I do like the step but you can’t really sit back and soak in deep water unless you sit at the other end and put your feet on the step. This came so so well packed.. it was in a plywood crate and the crate had instructions on how to unbox it. The tub itself had a dust bag like you would get with a fancy handbag. It also had a cardboard cover that included tub installation instructions. The tub it’s self is gorgeous and way it was packed and shipped and designed - made me want to applaud this company.
