The place for the paper towel roll -- the directions show where to place the screws for the paper towel holder, but they don't hold -- it wasn't specific on how to secure them and they wouldn't hold. Put in the information for them to reply they cant help me since the can find the order number (which is from wayfair) so I bought my own parts to repair it. This worked for me so very well. I have an old one in one corner of my dining room and this one in the other corner.
