Loved the stained glass and the fan looks all-aroung. Wish the lightbulbs were bright enough to light up the same size of room the size of fan accomodates for airflow. They are quite dim. Love love the ceiling fan. This is a very beautiful accent to my home, however, if I can not find a chrome downrod to extend the length I will have to return this item. I have very high vaulted ceilings on a slant and they provided a 8 in downrod. I have scoured the earth to find a compatible downrod. Not only do most not carry chrome they are threaded on one end and the ones from this manufacturer are not. I have called the manufacturervendor five times and left messages. Do you think they had the decency to return the call (fingers tapping on counter) Update....I was finally able to find the chrome down rod and got everything assembled only to find the remote motor that runs the remote control is bad. Oh my what a challenge! There are really only pictures with arrows to provide direction. There was no parts list, however, I laid everything out and hoped! It took two days and probably a total of 6 hours to install. All the parts were there, so thankful. The only problem with the light is the crystal chandelier part was not level, it was twisted and did not notice this until ready to install. I managed to get it back to its correct shape but was concerned the welds would break, luckily it held. Anyway, it is quite beautiful and love it in my office.
