This was simple to install. They try to make it easy to install by yourself but I required help lifting this up the ladder from my husband. I had difficulty placing all the items in screw it all up so you have to find the perfect positioning to make it work. We really like that it comes with a remote. We also had to change out our dimmer to a regular switch because it’s messes with light and makes it flicker but that’s what the remote is for. One thing I’m not so sure about is the LED. We receive our 52” fan well packaged. It took a little longer for delivery because of some kind of mix up but after talking to customer service from Wayfair the problem was taken care immediately. You can’t beat Wayfairs customer service. We have not been able to install this fan yet, so I will update later. It appears to be very nice with a lot of nice features. I think it being a smart fan will make it convenient. Update. This fan would not work with two different down-rods we bought so we decided to hang it with the shorter one it came with. We think it will be ok and looks good. We finally got this fan up and we really like it . The aged pewter with the gray blades look beautiful. The light will go nice and bright or a low light. It has up to six speeds and is very quiet. It comes with a remote and we had no problem hooking it up to our phone and google assistant. So convenient using the google assistant with it.
