We receive our 52” fan well packaged. It took a little longer for delivery because of some kind of mix up but after talking to customer service from Wayfair the problem was taken care immediately. You can’t beat Wayfairs customer service. We have not been able to install this fan yet, so I will update later. It appears to be very nice with a lot of nice features. I think it being a smart fan will make it convenient. Update. This fan would not work with two different down-rods we bought so we decided to hang it with the shorter one it came with. We think it will be ok and looks good. We finally got this fan up and we really like it . The aged pewter with the gray blades look beautiful. The light will go nice and bright or a low light. It has up to six speeds and is very quiet. It comes with a remote and we had no problem hooking it up to our phone and google assistant. So convenient using the google assistant with it. Wow! Very surprised and blown away (pun intended) by this fan. The installation is super easy, just takes a while, but if you know what you’re doing it’s doable, and it works great in my garage. It’s sleek and and runs very quiet and feels upscale without being flashy. The integrated LED light is bright without being harsh, which was something I was afraid of, so bonus points there.
