I ordered faucets, shower head, etc. to remodel my bath. I had a slight problem which prevented the faucet from working and Wayfair worked extra hard to try to remedy my problem. We exchanged emails back and forth several times attempting to fix the problem. They couldn't fix it, no fault of theirs, so they refunded all the money for the faucets.
