Right out of the box I was impressed with this Handheld shower head. I ordered the polished nickel and it is beautiful. The design is sleek and minimal, which is what I was going for. perfect in our family room. just had to add a longer bar. Love the black and it is very quite. i also love the fact the controls go in our light switch panel on the wall. we will still have to climb a ladder in the winter to reverse the blades which i wish there was a remote for that..
