Love the install, love the stream modes. The only issue is when you go to replace the removable handle, it'll fall onto the floor unless you place it in the cradle exactly perfect. We've dropped it several times and this last time it broke. Really love the shower head, though... hoping I can fix it or just replace the removable handle. I needed to replace an older In2ition and decided on this one. So very happy! I think it supplies better shower spray pressure overall and the ProClean Spray is a terrific addition. The flexible hose is so much more flexible. I do wish it was a bit longer (I'd gotten an extra long one on my old In2ition) as the longer length makes it easier for me to wash pets in the shower. We had this shower head for 15 years and was satisfied with it performance. So we decided to order a second one and installed it and I’m very pleased with the way it works.
