Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out. Great quality and love the simple design. I didn't use this on a door that was made for a dummy handle, it was a working handle before. So the bolts didn't work with the hole that was already made in the door but I figured out a way to use a backer to hold it on. It won't be visible from the back so it works.. Susan. IN.
