I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). This is my third temperpic mattress, The hybrid mattress in the Breeze that has 10degree cooling is very comfortable and supportive , I went from a queen firm breeze to a split king hybrid . Since I am a side sleeper it is much more comfortable and I am able to sleep well. I like that it is good quality, and the manufacturer stands behind their products. I love everything about it , nothing that I Do not like except the price but you get what you pay for, I paired it up with the pro base which increase the comfort with a lumbar support , mZ vibration and Bluetooth speaker you can pay white noise through and fall a sleep faster. Would highly recommend Tempe pedic as you spend over 1/3 of your life sleeping so you should enjoy your sleep and wake up refreshed so you can enjoy the other 2/3 of you a wake life.. Crv 139. This is a great table! I went with this specific one because of the supposed ease of rolling it through grass. I had thick grass and cobblestone and it went over it effortlessly.
