So I ordered a sink from Wayfair and it came with dark spots inside the sink all over. I called for return and the lady was keep pushing me to keep the sink and use vinegar and soap to take the stains off of it, but I refused to do that because I didn’t want to damage it further. She tried to convince me at least 17 minutes. Finally when she realized I was not gonna try anything like that she send the return label. After receiving the label I drop the sink at the FEDX. But never received refund. After two weeks I call and the lady name harmony did great job she helped me to get my refund as well as order the new sink. Variable Handle Positioning

The faucet was installed in 2008 as part of a kitchen renovation. The faucet has worked well over the years. We have had 2 minor problems. One was with the spray head button and most recently (2019) with a leak requiring a new cartridge. Both cases were handled excellently by Grohe customer support. Their customer support is excellent.
