The fry pan was bought to use for frying eggs every morning. There are some spots that stick. The eggs don't slide out of the pan. A spatula is needed to release. Absolutely love this cookware set. The stainless steel feels substantial and high quality, and the pieces heat evenly for everything from sautéing vegetables to simmering sauces. The handles stay comfortable to grip, and cleanup has been much easier than expected. The variety of pot and pan sizes makes it a great all-in-one set for a new kitchen.
