Now mounting it was another story, the studs provided did not work at all, luckily we had studs that did work - so mounting took some finagling, but the finished result is BEAUTIFUL! Unfortunately the left side flame did not work but I called the manufacturer customer service and they said it is the LED light and they are making it right. Order arrived complete which is already good given many Wayfair orders actually arrive incomplete and with missing parts. The fireplace is nice but the ornamented part was glued to the foam wrapping which left the entire panel with sticky glue rests and foam parts sticking to it which you needed to scratch of - horrible..
