The bed itself is beautiful and it came out looking really nice. The delivery has much to be worked on. The boxes were extremely heavy and were left on the first level of my apartment complex. there was no options at checkout to have it delivered to Room of Choice. Then I scheduled Wayfair assembly and they went to the wrong house and left thinking I wasn't home. I had to call customer service to beg them to come back. The man who assembled it was nice and he did a good job with assembly. I gave this bed four stars because it seems very sturdy, the instructions were clear and looks ok. The headboard cushions could be attached better to make it look better. The cushion part of the headboard was delivered, wrapped in red ribbon, leaving dye on the material. Wayfair gave me 2 options-send a new one or get a discount.
