The 55” W Electric Fireplace is beautiful. It is ornate and very detailed. I have put it in my master bedroom which has no architectural elements except for 5 panel doors and medallion trim over the windows. This fireplace is a real statement piece. It has at least 22 pieces to put together but all the pieces fit perfectly and the instructions were adequate. My husband did it by himself. I ordered white and it is white. I highly recommend this fireplace! I looked quite awhile before ordering this for our master bedroom. My husband was able to put the fireplace together in a couple of hours. Arrived quicker than anticipated and comes in two boxes. One holds the pieces to the fireplace and mantle, the other the firebox. Assembly is definitely a two person job. We had several issues and this took the better part of an afternoon despite the problems. We received one panel that was missing two cam bolt inserts. Luckily we have a fantastic locally owned hardware store that was able to manufacture pieces that would work. Otherwise, this entire piece would have had to have been sent back. We were thankful the manufacturer included extra hardware as we had one cam lock break during installation. We do have one obvious gap in the marble tiles that we believe can be fixed with a little caulk. The fire place has several different color settings and somehow does look like a legitimate flame. The addition of the crystals gives the appearance of a high end gas fireplace. The heater works well, is akin to a blower on a fireplace and helps with the true fireplace feel. I was able to put together during the snow storm. Insert came last but I did need assistance and a power drill to get the screws put in. One was missing but I had one that worked.
