[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for my wife to organize wrapping paper and it's great! It was very easy to build. You can easily see and access all the roles. It has caster wheels at the bottom that allow you to move it easily. I think you could probably replace the wheels pretty easily with soft rubber caster wheels if you wanted to preserve your floor. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina. This file box is well made. It feels sturdy and durable and the wheels roll easily. It was listed as “assembly required” but you just need to attach the casters. Even though the holes for the casters are predrilled, I still needed to use a drill. Someone with stronger hands may be able to attach the casters with just a screwdriver.
