I got this screening for privacy from human neighbors and animal neighbors. My dogs are easily riled up by people that cut through the yaranimals that pass through , as well. This gives me a better sense of privacy, while also blocking things from my dogs some, too. Its a fabric of types, so its understandable that it has some give and stretch. I am still just trying to figure out how to work with that, which is difficult and Im hoping will be better with some time upright. I got mine for taller fences than mine, because I also have animals trying to come under the fence, and I thought staking it down to the ground at the bottom might help with that. The Riverstone line of shade cloths is designed to be an easy-to-use, shade-producing cloth that is UV stable and will last for several years in the hottest environments. All their woven shade cloths are proudly made from black woven polypropylene strands in the USA. Each shade cloth comes with brass grommets for securing the shade cloth. The grommets are placed approximately 2 feet apart around the perimeter of each shade cloth. The percentage listed indicates the amount of shade that is being provided. This also reflects how tightly woven the shade cloths are.

This covers a 16x12 pergola to each outside edge purlin with the use of bungee balls. It does pool small amounts of water after rain but does evaporate.
