I have reached out to Wayfair and they forwarded my return request to the manufacturer. Personally I think it was damaged in transit but there were chips in the paint on most of the drawers so maybe not. I would have just touched it up with some paint but then while unpacking it I noticed huge damage to one of the side drawers that would make it impossible to assemble. Much of the Styrofoam packaging was crumbled and getting all over the place which made it all the more infuriating as I had spent an hour slowly unpacking and wiping down the pieces. This dresser is beautiful and definitely looks expensive! I love the hardware, style, and color. It arrived all in one box, and had no packaging issues or damage. I only marked it down due to the quality of the drawer tracks. The top drawers are difficult to open and close. Sometimes they even get stuck and I really need to force it open.
