Shipping was very quick and to my front door without issue. For a heavy package (drawer dresser)I was afraid some of the contents would be broken, but everything survived perfectly. I found the directions very very easy to follow with pictures and step-by-step directions. Each item piece was tagged with a letter of the alphabet, which the directions referred to. Looks great in the white with the contrasting dark handles and corner pieces. It also holds a ton of clothing. Assembly took several hours (solo) but was overall straightforward. Docking it a star because the drawer fronts don't lay completely flat. I followed the instructions to a T and tried every adjustment I could think of to remedy that, but the drawers (especially the left side ones) just refuse to stay completely flush.. Edward.
