When we remodeled our bathroom, we encountered a wall that could not be moved, leaving us with a smaller shower space than desired with less natural daylight. Luxury shower surrounds for the DIY enthusiast in pre-cut kits for common shower wall sizes. These panels are lightweight, easy to carry, cut, and fabricate. Cutting can be done with a skill saw, angle grinder, jigsaw, etc. To fabricate you can use a Dremel tool, miter, etc. We suggest using Locktite PowerGrab Ultimate adhesive or Boss 125 adhesive to adhere panels to the walls but compatibility to the other substrates might need testing. We suggest using 100% clear silicone to glue the trim to the panels. We suggest applying the adhesive to the panel, applying circle blobs of caulking about 6”-8” apart throughout the sheet. We also suggest applying 100% silicone, about a ¼” continuous bead around the panel outside edges to ensure a good edge seal and prevent moisture or debris from getting behind the panel.

The product is an ultra-low profile surface mounting luminaire with a modern look and high performance. Product (4 in. direct mount with spring clips) is designed for new installation into drywall, without any additional housing or junction box needed. Suitable for residential or commercial installations. Ideal for general areas, closet, storage areas, attics basements.

I found these lights to fit an awkward previous gambel light hole. This worked fine and the lights are as communicated. However, these lights are clearly a return which was never inspected, wires from the previous attempted install were simply cut 3 above the lights wiring connection. Additionally one light did not arrive with a junction box cover which would not meet code for installation. Please be better Wayfair and take accountability for returns in less than new condition.. These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. Lights arrived packed properly And all of them do work properly. The ability to tilt the lights is a great feature. If you choose to keep them flush they do not look as if they are tiltable which is a more high-end look. The multi-choice Kelvin feature is very helpful. As this is a shower room, the 4-in recessed lighting works nicely. They are definitely bright enough! They can also be put on a dimmer for both mood lighting and brightness! The 6 slim led lights are replacing 6 round halogen lights. The installation was relatively easy because the wiring already existed.
