I already did this review on the first skillet that I received.. the first one arrived looking like it had been through a hurricane. The shipping box was fine, but the actual box that the skillet was in, was a mess! It was filthy dirty, smashed and torn . The skillet was scuffed, but it still did a nice job cooking. Have cooked many things with it and everything turns out great. You can keep the heat at a lower setting and it cooks evenly and doesn't burn. My family loved the pot roast that I made in it.. Mimi. This is a solid pan, very durable. Great weight to it but thin for the materials. I have been slowly collecting better quality pans and this is line with the other brands I use. It is deep which makes it versatile for cooking anything. It heats evenly and cleans easily. And its a beautiful colour on top of that. Its a great addition to my kitchen.. Cory. Vail, AZ.
