The Armor SX5000 WB is a PRO-Grade water-based penetrating water-repellent sealer. The Armor SX5000 WB is made from high-quality, non-recycled, US-manufactured resins. It is designed for unsealed concrete, brick, pavers, natural stone, and porous masonry. It works entirely below the surface, won’t change the look or color of the substrate, and won’t leave a surface film. By reducing surface water absorption, cracking, spalling, pitting, mold, mildew, algae, staining, and other damage and deterioration caused by surface water absorption will also be reduced.

I’ve got a fairly long and steep concrete driveway that is starting to show its age a little bit. There has been some minor cracking from the freeze-thaw cycle each winter. I decided to try the Armour SX5000 water-based sealant to see if it would improve the situation. I have delayed writing this review for a bit as I wanted to driveway to go through at least one winter season. I first pressure washed the entire driveway surface which is pretty time consuming. I then applied the Armour sealant with a manual pump sprayer. This part went fairly quickly. The trick is to get the sealant covering the driveway well, but not so much as to create puddles that aren’t absorbed. I made sure there was no rain in the forecast for a couple of days. Initially, I did half of the driveway first and the first day that it rained the difference on the two sides was very noticeable. Water on the coated side was beading and running off and on the other side it was being absorbed into the concrete. The setup was easier than I expected — took about an hour with two people, and the frame clicks together smoothly without tools. The pool is the perfect size for my family — roomy enough for a few adults to float around and still have space for the kids to play. The Monaco’s main feature is the U-Shape Outward Swing Door made with plastic composite material with a tempered glass front screen to conceal a gear/shaft driven 3-latch door lock system. The Monaco comes with our unique Ella Dual Drain Technology consisting of two 2” gravity driven drains with four 2” outlets, 2 overflows and 2 openers, allowing a fast, reliable drain. The Hydro Massage System includes: a hydro pump with an in-line water heater, eco-friendly ozone sterilization system, intensity dial control, and strategically positioned hydro jets. The Ella Monaco has 15 strategically placed hydro jets: 9 upper fixed jets provide relief to your back, hips/thighs, and 6 lower adjustable jets for your feet/calves. The Air Jet Massage System includes an air pump with a 3-speed variable push control, strategically positioned air jets, and an auto-purge maintenance system. The Monaco has 16 air jets: 8 upper jets for your back, hips/thighs, and 8 floor jets for a foot/leg massage. The 5-Piece fast-fill faucet (18 GPM based on plumbing conditions) has: 2 temperature levers, a diverter lever, a mounted faucet and a pull out multi-functional hand shower.
