5 Drawer Chest Peacone Wood

This solid wood chest will give your room a warm and rustic look. This design features five, spacious 5” deep drawers. Made of 100% solid wood from renewable forests, this chest will last for many years and has minimal impact on the environment. The finish is designed to accentuate the unique grain, knots, and natural textures in the wood panels; and each piece is sanded and distressed by the hand, leading to variations in the color and texture that make every unit unique. This distressed finish is very durable and easy to touch up.

We were looking for something with more of a vertical footprint to make space in our bedroom and this was just right, size-wise. It looks great too, and it's nice to have real wood. Assembly took quite a bit of time, especially since there weren't predrilled holes for a lot of the screws, but it all came together. As others noted, it's good to be aware that the back panel is unfinished, so this dresser must be set up against a wall (which is necessary for safety anyway, with a secure fastener included). I wish the drawers had a slightly smoother or controlled glide, and plan to add some felt to quiet the closure. Overall, a solid buy and great for our space!. Anonymous. Whittier, CA. This is great. Very large - definitely measure all dimensions. Then, for the size that it is, the drawers are relatively small. It seems like it'd hold a *ton*, but if you take a close look, a lot of the size is ornamental. It is a gorgeous, eye-catching piece. It's not something that will last forever, like some items I checked out in person at stores that were 1.5-2x more expensive, but definitely a quality piece nonetheless. We got the wide dresser, tall dresser, and two nightstands. The white-glove delivery worked well, everything all set up and in place.
