The best bread pans, if you know how to take care of them. Even though nonstick you should still grease and flour your bread pans. It keeps the coating conditioned and keeps it from discoloring. Any true baker knows this. I would definitely buy these time and time again. I am going to include a picture of both my new pan and my pan that has been used several times as you will see there is no discoloration as people have complained about. I grease and flour my pans. Wow! I bought these because we recently moved to a house with a glass top electric stove and my old pots and pans said not to use on glass top electric or induction. My last set was a cheap set - also from Wayfair but since we just bought our first home I wanted a good, quality set that will last. Very nice addition to my cooking pots, this will be a go to piece. I little heavy but that is ok. It cooked my rotini and meatballs to where I was the hit of dinner.
