Positive thing it is ideal for a small space, looks beautiful and the chairs are comfortable. Negative things the chair’s box did not come with instructions for assembly and Wayfair did not send it to me by email, my husband had to figure out how to assemble it. Ok let's talk chairs! When using in a rental upholstery is a nightmare and solid would is so heavy.
