These are a variety of sizes, which is good, but I really like the largest size the best. Currently I have a head of lettuce wrapped in it. It seems to be keeping fresh. These work very well for preserving food. I have used them for vegetables, sliced meat , and a roast. They send you little plastic domes with the kit , I initially couldn't determine what these were for. After putting sliced roast beef with juices in it and the juice getting sucked up into the vacuum, did I realize the domes were to keep liquid from getting in the vacuum.
